I am a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of California. I specialized in Commercial Real Estate Finance most of my Real Estate career lending mainly on Apartment buildings up to 10 million dollars as well as strip malls, hotels, etc., until 2008 when the market crashed. I spent 2009 focusing on perfecting the most effective techniques available to successfully negotiate with the banks on my client's behalf in order to avoid foreclosure using various methods. In 2010 I was able to focus over 70% of my time successfully completing short sale listings for my residential clients, all the while preparing for what was to come for my commercial clients. I was interviewed by Dr. Joe Connor for his show "The Conner Bubble" in Los Angeles. Today I handle residential and investment property short sales, as well as Commercial loan workouts for my varied client base. I consult my clients, I coach my clients, I fix problems for my clients and I have a small network of competent and trustworthy attorneys, CPAs, Financial Advisors, etc. who can consult with them also as needed. I stay current on all industry related news and lender guideline changes, government programs, etc. in order to best meet and exceed my clients' needs.
