Kayla Rogers

Kayla Rogers grew up in Tampa, FL and has dedicated a large portion of her life to Communication, specifically freelance photography and writing, and marketing/design. Rogers has written for three newspapers based in Valrico, FL - the Osprey Observer, the Christian Voice, and the Bloomingdale Gazette. Her work features do-good community members, business profiles, local events, and sometimes "hot topic" issues plaguing the community. Her photography has led her all over the state of Florida and even out of the country (Israel with For Zion's Sake Ministries - June 2010; Panama with Southeastern University Missions - May 2013). The mission behind Rogers' work is always to do good, encourage, and spiritually uplift the featured persons in her news articles and photography. Hayes recently received a B.S. in Communication from Southeastern University in Lakeland, FL. She is constantly seeking opportunities to fine-tune her skills in the Communication field, including Graphic Design, Marketing and Public Relations. Rogers is currently the Brand Manager at Tampa's Lowry Park Zoo. Her biblical "life verse" is Colossians 3:23.
