Kelly Shibari

From her background as a touring roadie (1994-1999), to production design & art direction for mainstream film / tv / commercial production companies (1999-2007), to a popular figurehead for thick Asian babes everywhere (2006-2017), to a respected industry publicist (2009-2021), Kelly Shibari has always been a stereotype-breaking tour-de-force.

Named 2013 & 2014 BBW Performer of the Year at EXXXOTICA’s fan-based awards, The Fannys, & BBW Performer OTY at the 2015 Inked Awards, Kelly was also named Best BBW Performer at the 2013 & 2014 NightMoves Awards. She is also the recipient of the 2015 Feminist Porn Awards, 2015 XBIZ Awards, & 2015 NightMoves Awards for her collaborative work co-producing, writing, casting, & co-directing the only sex education film currently available for people of size, 'Guide to Wicked Sex: Plus Size.' In addition to the distinct honor of having been the only plus-size Fleshlight Girl in the company's history (limited edition, no longer available), Kelly was inducted into the UrbanXAwards’ Hall of Fame (2021).

Kelly appears in the Rammstein music video for 'Mein Land,' hand-selected by iconic director Jonas Akerlund to appear as the only plus-size model in the video. She can also be seen in the series finale of the FX series 'Sons of Anarchy,' & has also assisted in animation sequences for the character of Pam Poovey in FX's "Archer" as a backup figure model.

The first plus-size model ever to appear in Penthouse's popular Forum offshoot, as well as its flagship magazine, Kelly was selected for inclusion in Fleshbot’s Top 10 Crush Object List in 2013, alongside mainstream icons Miley Cyrus, Tina Fey, Emily Ratajkowski, & Lizzy Caplan.

Kelly was formerly the CEO of ThePRSMGroup (2009 - 2021), leveraging her eclectic mainstream and adult entertainment industry experience to help build company brands, often focusing on ones owned by those from marginalized LGBTQIA+ communities. In addition to creating visibility and garnering awards for her PR clients, Kelly was invited to be the Presenter of the StorErotica Awards for three years. She was also the Sexuality Track Coordinator for Mensa's Annual Gathering (2016-2018).
