Kemal Kacapor is on the faculty at the School of Economics and Business at the University of Sarajevo. He manages the distance learning program and oversees human resources, technology, and clients of the school for a blended learning university program with 100 teachers and trainers, 80 courses and 1300 students.

Kacapor is highly experienced in modern electronic teaching tools and distance learning via the Internet and videoconferences. He has consulted on the development and creation of websites and educational web portals for numerous organizations; for example, he served as the system analyst and implementation consultant for distance education materials for the Judicial and Prosecutorial Training Centers of the Republic of Srpska and the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 2005.

Kemal Kacapor's competencies include planning, analyzing, and improving IT services and technology, large-scale project management, training and teaching, and more.

In his spare time Kacapor enjoys traveling and playing guitar.
