Ken LeVeille

Ken LeVeille moved to Salem, Oregon in 1992, with his
wife and 2 children, from the San Diego, California area.
In 1993, Ken started Capitol Mortgage Company based in
Salem, Oregon. He serves as the owner, mortgage broker

and senior loan originator for this growing business, helping

his valued clients find the best financing available. Previously,
he owned a remodeling company. He has an undergraduate
degree in Marine Biology from SDSU. He has been investing
in real estate for over 30 years, focusing on buying and fixing
up homes for rent and resale. This diverse background has
provided Ken with the necessary skills to assist his clients
with their financial needs, attract talented LO's and to
successfully operate his business. He enjoys spending time
with family & friends, traveling, writing on personal &
business topics, attending church, and playing tennis & golf.
