An extensive background in healthcare operations covering more than 30 years, provides the foundation for Ken Bast's consulting expertise.

Previous to his consulting work he served as CEO of a growing trauma center and director of a trauma network of 3 hospitals and 15 fire departments and ambulance firms. In that position he was responsible for the planning, financing and construction of a new 180 bed hospital.
