Ken Hall
Growing up in a small farming/ranching community in Arizona during the ‘50s helped shape strong values of teamwork, ethical behavior and community service. Kennedy’s call to seek what I could do for my country led to service in the Army in the ‘60s, then college, then a career in the travel industry. Challenging sales and marketing positions in the airline, cruise and tour businesses resulted in moving around up and down the West Coast, finally residing in a small coastal community in southern Oregon. Today time is spent teaching small- and medium-size businesses the values of and benefits gained by having strong customer service programs and tenets.
