Ken Randall is the CEO/President of iLawVentures, LLC. Previously, Randall was the dean of The University of Alabama School of Law, where he employed best business practices and strategic decision-making, including creating innovative distance education programs and revolutionary online programs, to help propel Alabama to a top-25 ranking law school. Randall has extensive experience in practicing law, having spent numerous years with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York. He holds a J.D. from Hofstra, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Law Review; a LL.M. from Yale; and
a LL.M. and J.S.D. from Columbia.
