Kenneth Hart

Having previously guided Harco Construction, LLC, Kenneth “Ken” Hart is a prominent New York (NY) building executive who heads Veracity Partners, LLC, and focuses on luxury retail, hotel, residential tower, and commercial projects. Emphasizing next generation architectural design, Kenneth Hart is experienced in all aspects of projects, including compliance, site selection, budgeting, and working with Veracity’s investment partners.

Among the high profile NY projects undertaken by Veracity has been the development of a six-story commercial building at 529 Broadway, in the center of Soho. The unique project combines new construction with a preservation ethos, and envisions a masonry and state of the art glass curtain wall building that evokes the 19th century Prescott House, which stood at the same location and was demolished long ago. Among the accolades it has received was the 2019 Gold Award for Structural Systems from the American Council of Engineering Companies of New York.

Prior to his current company, Ken Hart led HH Builders for 17 years and managed all aspects of operations, from multi-project logistics to sustainable planning. A core emphasis was on ensuring positive labor relations and ensuring that robust job safety programs were in place and well monitored.
