Kevin Rogers

Kevin Rogers is the company leader, compass and visionary for Cypherpath. He has more than 20 years of leadership experience building award-winning and highly recognized global IT training and cybersecurity programs for organizations and government agencies. Kevin is a specialist in providing tactical and strategic cybersecurity training and simulation innovation to commercial and government clients worldwide. His motivation in using virtual reality paired with gamification positions Cypherpath as a leader in the training and simulation industry. His efforts were recognized in 2012 as a serious game finialist at the International Training, Simulation and Education Conference (ITSEC). In addition to his duties as Founder and CEO of Cypherpath LLC, Kevin serves on several advisory boards including; Cyberwatch, Department of Homeland Security Cross Sector Cyber Security Working Group for Education, Coalition for Advancing Cybersecurity Education (CACE), a non-profit organization designed to advance the next cybersecurity curriculum standards for the United States, and he is the Vice-President of the Transnational Organized Crime Research Center, a non-profit research center designed to foster, increase, expand and encourage learning and education in the fields of cybersecurity, homeland security and counter-threat finance-related areas. Prior to 2011, Kevin served as the VP of Public Sector for Global Knowledge (GK) from 2000-2010, which he grew to be the largest IT training firm delivering training in 15 countries for DoD and other federal governement agencies. His sales growth reached $70M in contract awards in 2009, which led to continued global expansion to support his team’s achievements until his departure. Prior to GK Kevin was a founder at Knowlogy, a high-tech training start-up company that grew by 1200% in 8 years.
