My research interests span a wide breadth of subjects: all relating to the human construction of reality, our individual and collective narratives, and the construction and preservation of self. I am equally interested in the types of social and collective "energies" humans produce through their interactions: religion, ideology, culture, dogma, truth, individualism, eschatology, soteriology, etc.

With a B.A. in Theology from Concordia Unviersity in Montrea, I pursued my graduate and post graduate research at UQAM. This has provided me a rich background in English and French language theory and research. I consider myself more the artist than an academic; unlike the traditional researcher, I am an investigator trying to put the pieces together, to understand how they go together, and to truly appreciate the complexity of the numerous levels of reality that humans create in collective units.

My passage through the university is marked by peer-reviewed publications, conferences I have organized with other graduate and post-graduate colleagues from a wide gamut of disciplines. It has also provided me ample opportunities to proactively participate in many different level decision-making committees.

Building on my work from Emploi Québec as a career coach, job search facilitator and interview preparation specialist, I bring a very solid, and very human, approach to my services as a Career Development Coach, specializing with the vast area of integrating or exiting the wonderful and menacing world of academia.
