Kevin J. Fleming, Ph.D.

Los Angeles, CA

I currently serve dual roles at Norco College as the Dean of Instruction for Career & Technical Education (California) and as the Principal Investigator for the National Center for Supply Chain Technology Education funded by the National Science Foundation (Washington DC). I'm also the CEO of Telos Educational Services, an international consulting firm which provides presentations, grant management, research-based animated videos, and organizational strategy with expertise in the educational sector. I've had the good fortune to facilitate etiquette, MBTI, educational, grant evaluation, and leadership training sessions for over two decades accompanied by numerous conference presentations and published articles. I also enjoy running (5 marathons completed) and volunteering for Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.

Previously, I analyzed industry trends to provide economic development and labor market research through the Centers of Excellence for the California Community College system; the largest public educational system in the world. My teaching and administrative experience includes 4-year public, 4-year private, and 2-year institutions. I have earned two Bachelor's degrees, two Masters degrees, and a Ph.D. An entrepreneur at heart, I've co-founded four companies in different service sectors (West Coast All Stars LLC, Telos Educational Services, Green LMI, and Living The Ritual) and currently serve on the School of Education Advisory Board for California Baptist University and on the Board of Directors for Paragon in Southern California.
