Kevin Leonard

Kevin Leonard is currently a licensed real estate agent and mortgage originator in the state of California. Kevin Leonard started in the mortgage industry in 1997 as a loan officer in Carlsbad California. Within 3 months of being employed, he became the number one salesman in the country for Ameriquest Mortgage. He was then the West Coast Regional Manager of Southern Star Mortgage Corp, a company engaged in the origination of residential mortgages where he oversaw operations and a sales team of loan officers from 1999 to 2001. In 2001 Mr. Leonard was the President and founder of New World Mortgage, Inc. From 2001 until 2008 New World processed $5 billion in residential mortgage loans. Mr. Leonard built New World Mortgage into a national firm with 750 locations nationwide & staffing reaching 5000 employees, and offering home loans under a full Eagle License from HUD & in 39 states.
