Kevin W Hardin is a Loan Officer, NMLS 1228290, with the Gratzek Hengy Group at Nova Home Loans. Kevin assists consumers in obtaining residential mortgage financing.

In 1983, Kevin joined the United States Air Force and served on active duty and as a member of the Air Nation Guard, while also attending NMSU and graduating with a BS.

From 1994 to 2002; Kevin served on the Executive Committee for the Arizona Association of Mortgage Brokers (AAMB) and in 1998, was elected President of AAMB East Valley Chapter.

During his career, he focused on the capital and secondary markets side of the mortgage industry with an emphasis on regulatory issues (RESPA, TILA, ECOA, FCRA). In 2008, with the collapse of the mortgage market and heightened regulatory reforms, Kevin entered Concord School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree (JD). Kevin is a recognized authority on loss mitigation issues and the relevant Dodd-Frank Act sections. As an approved instructor with the Arizona Department of Real Estate and NMLS, he teaches continuing education classes to AZ Real Estate Agents and Loan Officers.

From 2008 through 2016, Kevin and his Mortgage Mediation Group assisted thousands of homeowners and borrowers with their mortgage issues including short sale, loan modification, deed in lieu, foreclosure, deficiency, bankruptcy, and credit reporting.

Kevin assisted attorneys, realtors, loan officers, and other professionals with issues related to Credit Report Errors, Short-Sale, Loan Modification, Foreclosure, Deficiency, RESPA, TILA and Post Foreclosure-related claims under the California Homeowner Bill of Rights.

With the Mortgage Crisis resolved and Real Estate markets moving to normalcy, Kevin has moved back into the role of Mortgage Loan Officer.

Kevin has appeared on major local TV networks in Phoenix. Kevin was the co-host of KFNN Radio Show “Breaking the Bank.” from 2011 to 2013. Kevin is the co-author of two books that are available on Amazon.
