My name is Keyana, I am a woman who comes to epiphanies and makes new realizations about myself everyday. I've finally realized what the saying "life is a journey not a destination" means and that we can constantly evolve and renew ourselves if we make the choice to. After many experiences and lessons I strongly believe that life is what you make of it. What is your perception of life? I've decided to make my life easy, fun, peaceful, loving, and abundant. Remember we were created in the likeness and image of the creator so we should think, speak, and behave as such.
I am currently working on a Masters in Counseling because helping people is my passion. I truly believe we go through certain experiences to be able to share with and help others overcome just as we did. I am and have been on a spiritual journey for a few years now. I've hit some snags in the road, even a few stops, but have overcome every obstacle as a better person. I am empathic. I am loving. I am giving. I am passionate. I am tenacious. I am a great friend. I am persistent. I am introverted. I am creative. I am talented. I am intuitive. I am intelligent. I am honest. I am driven. I am special. I am compassionate. I am successful. I am a student of life. I am so much more than what meets they eye. I am truly happy. I fully accept and truly love the beautiful person I am. A few years ago I couldn't say that with confidence and actually mean it. I have attended numerous seminars, read many books, and anything else thats involved SELF HELP i've done it. In order to help others it is imperative to help yourself first.
In my blog I want to share with you the lessons I have learned from my personal experiences, from others, and what I am still learning today. I believe that in order to be a whole person you must look within yourself and nurture your Mind, Body, and Spirit.
