I'm the Sr Recruiter at Zenoss, a SaaS company headquarters in Austin, Texas Learn more about Zenoss here:

I've also been an Independent Consultant for Jamberry since May 2014. I love how these simple, inexpensive accessories help make women feel beautiful! Find me on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube by searching for GirlsGirlNails and shop online at

Prior to joining Zenoss I was a University Recruiter at VMware where I placed Computer Science new college graduates and interns in positions at their headquarters in Palo Alto, CA.

I've held various roles within human resources (HR) since 1997 beginning with that as a corporate recruiter in Austin, Texas. In order to expand my HR knowledge, I sought positions that gave me perspectives from both corporate charged initiatives as well as staffing agencies. With the evolution of the internet, I found myself mesmerized by online social networking and social media and became involved with these outlets in 2005.

Today, I integrate my HR and online social persona by advocating the use of social networks. I envision them as tools to help both employees and employers in ways that can either better employees' skill sets or to create value by using online tools to make high impact business decisions. I founded The Talent Sleuth in the spring of 2010 in order to consult as an HR professional and recruiter and to spend time career coaching individuals.

Outside of the work, I'm involved with my sorority - Alpha Delta Pi. Currently, I'm serving as a co-chair for the State of Texas 80th Annual ADPi Convention slated to be held in Austin in March 2016. I served as the first VP of Membership in the Texas Hill Country / North Austin ADPi Alumnae Association from the association's inception in 2010 and relinquished the role in fall 2013. I began serving as the Recruitment and Marketing Advisor for the Zeta chapter of Alpha Delta Pi at Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 2013 and transitioned to Chapter Advisor in January 2016.

I'm also a bonus mom to a son, daughter in love and daughter and grandmother to three precious grandchildren.

Aside from work and volunteering I enjoy gardening, cooking, and hanging out with our 4 dogs, a cat who has the personality of a dog and my husband.
