Kim and Autumn Gil are a mother-daughter Real Estate duo, who have worked together for over 3 years with the Colorado First Time Home Buyer Team. Through this team, they are able to assist first time home buyers purchase a home with as little as $1,000 down.

Aside from helping buyers, they also offer We Sell For One - a service in which they fully market and sell a house for as little as a 1% commission.

Kim has been in the real estate industry for over twenty years, which has helped her become very knowledgeable with the ever-changing market. While Kim sells real estate full-time, she is also the Employing and Managing Broker at HomeSmart Realty Group of Colorado.

Before obtaining her Real Estate license in June of 2014, Autumn worked as Kim's assistant for 2 1/2 years; and was able to observe the industry firsthand. Since becoming licensed, she has hit the ground running and closed over 20 transactions in her first 6 months.

In the three years that Kim and Autumn have worked together, they have helped more than 90 clients through the process of purchasing and/or selling their home. While Kim and Autumn love selling real estate, the real joy in what they do is helping people save as much money as possible while still providing top of the line services.
