I am a StoryTeller and a Social Connection Enthusiast. My manuscript, The Water Spirits, which tells the story of a sensitive boy who finds a girl lying unconcious by a riverside and takes her home believing she is a water spirit, will soon be published by Kwani? Trust in Kenya. I am a founding member of Jalada Africa, a Pan African Writers' Collective that seeks to publish stories quickly and effectively. I was also the conference rapporteur for the CFCS Conference in Naivasha, Kenya 2015, which was a convention of LGBTQ activists and funders from all over the world where roadmaps for the LGBTQ movement in the continent was discussed. I have been published by Kwani Trust?, Caine and Farafina as well as having attended premier writing workshops such as Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie's Farafina Workshop and the Caine Workshop in Elmina, Ghana
