Kirbi Isaac served as an intern with Aldi, Inc., in her final two years of college. After earning a bachelor's degree in business administration from Hampton University, Kirbi Isaac began her career in 2011 as a district manager with Aldi, where she began overseeing three to six locations.

Since becoming a district manager, Ms. Isaac has developed a new set of standard operating practices for Aldi that have increased productivity among her district's outlets. She also led an overhaul of employees and work culture at some of Aldi's various locations in South Jersey, where she was tasked with training new and current staff members and developing an increase in employee morale and productivity.

A cheerleader in college, Ms. Isaac recently concluded three years as an assistant coach of the cheerleading squad at Enon Tabernacle Baptist Church. In her free time, Ms. Isaac enjoys reading fiction novels, walking her dog in the park, and listening to R&B and soul music.
