Kirsten Boyd Goldberg

Kirsten Boyd Goldberg graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in December 1984 with BA in Economics. She gravitated to medical and science policy journalism, becoming editor and publisher of The Cancer Letter, based in Washington, DC, for 21 years. In 2011, she joined the American Society of Clinical Oncology as senior program manager for policy communications. In 2015, she established a solo freelance writing and communications consulting business and completed an MA in Journalism and Mass Communication with a concentration in Public Relations from Kent State University.
