Assisting people in developing more authentic relationships, Korenna Barto Reynard serves as a core faculty member with The Circling Institute. She designs and co-facilitates online and in-person educational programs that emphasize fundamental communication skills. Korenna Barto Reynard also serves as a life coach for both individuals and couples with First Kiss Through First Kid, which helps people navigate the challenges inherent in parenting and relationships.

Korenna completed her undergraduate degree in psychology at John Carroll University in Ohio and focused on the seeing the “whole person.” These studies emphasized educating the body, mind, spirit, and heart and included participation with the Campus Ministry and Residency Life programs.

Subsequently completing a master's degree in community agency counseling at Cleveland State University, Korenna sought graduate studies within an Educator-Practitioner Model. This approach places equal emphasis on clinical and teaching skills.

Korenna has also completed doctoral work in counseling psychology at the University of Akron & in somatic psychology at the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute. She holds a post-graduate certificate in somatic sexuality at the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality. Korenna has a passion for yoga & meditation and, in her free time, enjoys listening to the blues and dancing.
