KosmodeHealth is a deep-tech start-up that is a spin-off of the NUS Food Science & Technology department. In a nutshell, we’re in the business of valorization & value extraction. At KosmodeHealth, we extract bioactive such as proteins and fibres — all the good nutritional stuff — from spent food ingredients, alternatively known as food waste streams, and we formulate them into functional food.

We have 1 mission and that is to expand access to health from nature by addressing challenges in 2 industries — the agri-food and biomedical industry.
