We're looking for 2 awesome, friendly housemates to occupy 2 available common rooms in our apartment in Kovan, a 7 minute walk away from Kovan MRT (NEL) and Heartland Mall. The Courtyard is a private apartment (secure access), super quiet, and has a nice swimming pool. The apartment (1300sq.ft) and rooms come fully furnished. We're on the first floor, and have a small balcony that overlooks the pool (a great place to sip your morning cuppa).

• Both available starting 24 January 2016 (1 year contract)
• 1 room with a queen bed, wardrobe, extended table and chair and TV at 1200/month
• 1 room with a super single bed, wardrobe, desk and chair at 1100/month
• (Bathroom shared between these two rooms)
• Rent not inclusive of utilities (usually $70 - $80 per month) or the weekly maid service ($25per person/month)

The kitchen comes fully equipped, there’s a big oven, and you’re welcome to cook. We also just got a new washing machine.There’s no live-in landlord, so the environment is really laid back. You can have guests/friends over no problem :)

What we love about our apartment is how quiet it is, but a 3 minute walk to the main road reveals a bustling street with lots of happening eateries (yummy Punggol Nasi Lemak, killer milkshakes and Lola's cafe close by - we can give you a tour), 24hr amenities such as Cheers, 7-11, hair salons, fruit shops. Our place is 1 bus stop or a 7 minute walk away from Kovan MRT, and Heartland Mall (which is home to a Cold Storage and many food choices). There's also a Fairprice finest nearby, and a wet market where we like to buy fresh flowers.
