Thanks for stopping by! First and foremost I am the father of the most amazing twin boys..Dominic and Lucas. They are 4 years old and my world revolves around them. I am also the morning (News Channel 3 Daybreak) and noon news anchor at WREG-TV (CBS) in Memphis, TN. Yes, that means I get up VERY early in the morning...my alarm goes of at 2:45 a.m! In addition to my anchoring duties, I also produce and host a popular weekly "Does it Work?" consumer segment that airs Thursday nights on News Channel 3 at 10 p.m.

I was born, raised and educated in Miami, FL, but moved away in 2001 to pursue my career. First stop: Oak Hill, WV, where I spent several years as a Sports Anchor covering everything from WVU, Virginia Tech and Marshall athletics to local high school sporting events. I was eventually promoted to Evening News Anchor, and 6 months later Memphis came calling!

I have been living in the Mid-South since December 2004, and currently live in Southaven, MS (a suburb of Memphis) with my amazing girlfriend Brooke and the dynamic duo..Lucas and Dominic! Family always comes first with me, and most of my interests and activities are things that we can do as a family like the Memphis Zoo, Shelby Farms, swimming etc.

Dominic and Lucas just started playing on a soccer team this year, and it is such a joy for me to watch them! Their first game is next month...I can't wait! Brooke is one of the top fitness instructors / personal trainers in the Mid-South, and she has motivated me to start working out at the gym. It's been tough, but I am quickly realizing how good it makes me feel. I have set some fitness goals, and am well on my way to meeting and exceeding them.

Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. I try to get home to Miami as often as possible to see my family and friends. We love our family trips to Walt Disney World..and plan to make it an annual event. I have a list of exotic places that I want to visit, and can hopefully start traveling to at least one per year starting next year..that's my goal at least.

I am a huge sports fan and love cheering for my hometown teams..Go Dolphins, Heat, Hurricanes, Marlins and Yankees! (ok, so the Yanks aren't a hometown team, but I grew up cheering for them!) Hmmm, that's about all for now.
