Kriss Bush

Kriss is a CPA with an excellent track record of delivering financial results and creating shareholder value as a financial leader. Based on a foundation of 20 years of tax, corporate finance, treasury, M&A, consulting and accounting experience, Kriss has demonstrated his CFO skills with two Canadian public companies. In each of these roles he managed the accounting, investor relations, legal, HR, IT, tax and marketing teams.

in 2007 looking to expand his knowledge of operations, sales and general management Kriss broaden his experience by moving into an operational leadership role with one of Canada most respected financial institutions. Kriss is currently the Vice President of Wealth Management with the Royal Bank of Canada's Dominion Securities.

Kriss is licensed as a IIROC Advisor and Supervisory Branch Manager, CFP (USA) and holds advanced degrees from the London Business School and a Masters' in Taxation from The American University.
