I am looking to begin my journey as a school administrator in a district that values the education process and empowers staff members to be their very best by providing professional development, common planning time, professional learning communities, and leadership focused on student achievement.

This is my tenth and best year of teaching where curriculum is concerned. As a computer technology teacher, I have worked very hard at incorporating Common Core State Standards into my lesson plans. There is a strong focus on digital citizenship, team work, communication skills, and respect built in to my classroom culture.

By inviting me to be part of your administrative team, you gain a lifelong, self-motivated learner committed to achieving school improvement goals and adhering to district policies while building positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and those within the community. I also am confident in my abilbity to work with teachers in meeting evaluation requirements and setting high but attainable goals for themselves and their students. Believe in me and my willingness to grow with your district and become the change agent, instructional leader, and administrator that your district needs.
