As a Professional Certified Coach I successfully completed over 850 clients hours with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification process.

I graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe with a double major in Business Administration and Management & Information Technology. I received a Master degree in Management and Administrative Sciences with a concentration in Organization Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. Was certified by the International Coaching Federation as an Professionl Certified Coach (PCC). Also, I'm a member of the 2012 - 2013 Board of Examiners for the Quality Texas Assessment and Feedback Program - the state level Baldridge organization.

I believe in giving back to my community by volunteering my time with the following organizations: Trinity Habitat for Humanity, National Association of Professional Women, Beta Gamma Sigma, and Texas Quality Foundation.
