Krystian Sadlocha

I’m Krystian Sadlocha, a logistics and transportation professional based in Illinois with a passion for hard work, growth, and consistency. I was born in Sosnowiec, Poland, and raised in the U.S., where I learned the value of discipline from my parents and determination from my brother, Kamil, who plays professional hockey for the Polish National Team. Those lessons shaped how I approach both life and business — with effort, focus, and persistence.

I started my career working in construction, logistics, and transportation with companies such as True Home Exteriors, DeGroot Logistics, and Transportation One. Each role taught me the importance of communication, accountability, and teamwork. I believe success isn’t about luck — it’s about showing up every day, learning from mistakes, and applying those lessons forward.

Outside of work, I stay active through basketball, weight training, and powerlifting. Fitness has taught me that progress takes patience and consistency — principles that apply just as much in business as in the gym. I set goals for the day, week, month, and year, always pushing to improve. I’m motivated by the idea that every challenge is a chance to get stronger and every day is another opportunity to be better than yesterday.
