I am a learning specialist with 18+ years of experience in designing learning solutions and mentoring instructional design teams.

In my career, I have worked with several Fortune 500 companies across varied domains including Healthcare, IT, and BFSI. Right from conducting training needs and gap analysis by using the design thinking approach, to creating audience-savvy learning designs that are front-end loaded to provide flexibility and cost-effectiveness, I strive to achieve full design satisfaction for my clients. My strength lies in understanding the target audience, and then designing and evaluating training programs to ensure a full-spectrum learning experience.

A passionate instructional designer at heart, I bring creativity to learning design and excel at designing content that is simple and to-the-objective, yet impactful and difficult to forget. My technical educational background and analytical ability give me an edge over others in terms of the variety of subjects I can effectively work with.

With extensive exposure to the latest instructional design techniques and methodologies, I have led high-performance teams of instructional designers, media professionals and LMS experts to deliver several successful learning projects that met all timeline and quality standards.

In my current role of Learning Experience Architect, my responsibilities include a wide range of functions such as ensuring the effectiveness of learning solutions to drive business goals, setting up quality goals for the project, designing and administering ways to measure training effectiveness, expanding the current business prospects with the client by consulting with them for new opportunities, and building and mentoring a team of instructional designers.
