Kyle Krch

Guiding Krch Realty as founder and CEO, Reno, NV executive Kyle Krch has built the firm from a small local brokerage to one that serves markets throughout Northern Nevada, as well as St. Louis and Cleveland. Maintaining a team of 100 employees, Kyle Krch combines leading edge technologies with an emphasis on detail-oriented customer service that places families in the homes they desire.

Before beginning his work in real estate Mr. Krch served in the U.S. Army, where he was a member of the 75th Ranger Special Operations. He earned distinction at age 19 as one of the youngest Rangers to complete Army Ranger Leadership training, and was promoted to a sergeant E-5 rank within three years.

Mr. Krch founded his current realty firm in 2005, and since 2016 he has led a number of other enterprises in Reno, NV. Among these is Heartland Neighborhood Homes, which was established as the acquisition division of a private investment firm. Kyle Krch’s company has since expanded its reach to the management of more than 400 units across five states, and is set to add significant assets to its portfolio over the next several years.
