Hello world!
Story of my life in 21 lines :)
I have been born and raised in Athens, Greece. In 2005, I decided to move to Sweden to accomplish my Master degree in Molecular and Cell Biology. A bit different climate but overall an awesome country to live and study! In 2007, I moved to Switzerland to pursue a PhD in Life Sciences. After I was succesfully awarded with a PhD in 2012, I worked for almost a year in Geneva Creativity Center. Then, I did the big decision to enter the business world. A very bumpy road but with great excitements. Love it!
In 2013, I moved from Lausanne to Geneva and since 2014 I deal with all necessary actions to make our start-up company Karmagenes succesful http://karmagenes.co. It all started with a forgotten idea that It was conceived during a glass of wine, a few beers and some pizza slices an evening during the tough last year of my PhD. Back then, i would never expect to happen but sometimes life has some interesting twists :) Then officially, everything started with the very simple video above and now we are very glad and proud to already have our first investor on board. At the same time we feel the responsibility to establish a new company and the long bumpy road that will follow. Let's see where this road will take us!
When I’m not running for Kamagenes, I love being in islands with blue waters and coconut trees with a cocktail in my hand, playing chess and poker, going fishing and learning about entrepreneurship... and not only.
