L-Rey is a contemporary Christian R&B group that infuses its own style of American Latin-Pop, funk & soul vibes into their music. L-Rey delivers a message of hope, intent to reach the people at their innermost core. With music ranging from contemporary to Latin-Soul, their second CD, titled “The Open Door” speaks to the openness of God and a deeper relationship with Him. Motion Pictures they have been apart of are 1998 “Follow Me Home” starring Oscar winner Alfre Woodard where lead singer Martine scored three song compositions. and in 2010, “La Mission” starring Benjamin Bratt of Law In Order where lead singer Martin Cantu has a speaking role and appears as a grocery store owner.
