Lilian Sudi is a registered Graduate Engineer by the Engineers Board of Kenya(EBK) working at Davis and Shirtliff, a Communications Volunteer at WOMENG Kenya and a Brand Ambassador at AfricaTalentBank.com (ATB), which is a digital Recruitment/Talent Management & Training Company. She is also a Microsoft Student Partner (MSP) alumnus.
Sudi has been an intern at AccessKenya Limited (now part of Internet Solutions), in the Network Operations Center. She has also interned at Alternate Limited in Nairobi. Sudi has worked with SharePoint, HTML, Java, C#, Active Directory as well as InfoPath. Later on she worked at Quavatel limited in Nairobi, Network Operations Support at Safaricom LTD and is currently a Sales Engineer at Davis and Shirtliff Nairobi,
At Moi University, Sudi was the Vice Chair of the Sponsorship and Alumni committee of the Technology Students’ Association. Her duties were to liaise with organizations to sponsor the faculty and provide career guidance and opportunities to the different students.
At AfricaTalentBank.com she participated in the ATB TV pilot project, the project is still underway. Sudi was also a columnist of 'The Female Perspective' a popular column which is published on the ATB Blog and Facebook page, every Saturday.
As an MSP, Sudi was among a team that organized functions on campus grounds on behalf of Microsoft.
Lilian Sudi has attended the Unilever Graduate Open day, G United Career Fair and WomEng Fellowship in Nairobi. She has also volunteered at Kenyatta National Hospital in the paediatrics ward for cancer patients.
She is passionate about Science, Technical Advancements in Africa and Girl Child Education. At the moment she is looking for ways to improve the lives of Africans in Africa through Innovation and Technology. Her greatest joy would be the improvement of the lives of Africans through innovations in Renewable Energy, changing the Electrical Engineering Curriculum in Kenya and joining the Energy Regulations Board in Kenya.
