I received my PhD in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University specializing in obesity and food addiction. I am passionate about holistic health and healing and enjoy leading myself and others to optimum health and wellness.
My background is executive development, training, and wellness, and I am highly skilled at coaching laaders for career development, academic advising, and performance improvement. I worked as a senior executive with budget responsibility of $3.5 billion and 1,200 employees in 20 offices throughout California. This experience is invaluable when I develop and coach new or experienced executives.
I excel at program development; having created two award-winning programs for corporate university, and an award-winning worksite wellness program for up to 8,000 employees.
I created a model training program for physicians and other healthcare providers. The program trains doctors to become more sensitive to their own weight bias, and to learn more about food addiction and natural options for treating obesity.
