How does one go about immortalizing those precious, milestones and moments life throws at us..? Times we love to re-live when we're in a slump.. or in need of inspiration..

The sentimental beings we are, we "capture" these moments in our minds and hold onto them..dearly.

These are the gates which photography unlocks. Not only does it allow us to have a more tangible means of re-living the past, it also allows us to share the wonder and significance of it with others.

I have been fascinated with the camera since I was 12 years old and recieved it as a gift from my Grandfather visiting from abroad.. My slumber was accompanied by my camera rather than a teddy bear. I have been unable to put it down, ever since.

Originally I was interested in photographing people, in their "natural" habitat. Wherever I saw authencity and rawness, I saw beauty.

This led me to being very attracted to shots of nature and wildlife, which - ironically, is when I began to appreciate the art of composition. ( Thank you, Mother nature! )

I then progressed to photographing inanimate objects, in a manner which gave them charisma.. or even, life. It is all about perspective, and the way that it is expressed through the lense..

This consistent "evolution" in my experience behind the camera so far, has taught me that photographs are not merely "taken".. photographs are created!
