She is Currently the CEO of ARCANOVI Enterprise - Management - Records - Publishing, Founder of Afro Carib Radio - Bridging the Gap - Africa to the Caribbean, Director of Kay Series Children Education Project - Connecting Children with Life & Host of the Be Encouraged Today Breakfast Seminars

She founded the Be Encouraged Today Network in 2005

Lady B Bless was born in Guyana, South America, but grew up the USA, she attended Hirsch High School of Communication where she majored in Radio/Television Broadcasting, she continued her studies at Columbia College (Chicago) in Radio Broadcasting and recently studied Entertainment Business at Full Sail University.

Lady B Bless was a radio personality in Chicago IL and Charlotte NC, before moving to online radio 2008 she is now a online radio personality on Afro Carib Radio, her fan base extend from Africa to the Caribbean giving her 10,000+ fans on facebook, her shows are downloaded worldwide via podomatic and Itunes.

Her company ARCANOVI Enterprise USA provides Marketing and Promotional services for New Start Up Companies and Independent Artistes. She has worked with The 2012 Cameroon Entertainment Awards, Miss Africa Texas 2011, Miss Cameroon USA 2010 Miracle Edison, The 2012 Zim Expo, The Africa Gas Association, The Atlanta Carnival, The International Reggae & World Music Awards, CritiKiL, Inc, Blackarmoor Clothing, Franco Records and Thunderstorm Entertainment as well as several new and upcoming African & Caribbean Artistes
