Lal Weerasinghe

As a visionary and a dedicated individual with strong work ethic, skills, expertise and a passion and drive to transform businesses, Lal Weerasinghe has proven this by taking industries and organizations to great heights - wherever he has set foot.

Graduating from the University of Surrey (UK) in Mechanical Engineering, Lal then went on to work for Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines Limited (ZCCM), as an Engineer. Within 2 years his diligent and detail oriented skills enabled a promotion to Sectional Engineer.

With a passion to be a "do gooder" and an environmental conserver, he is a natural CSR leader and has also carried out numerous CSR activities uplifting the nation wherever he has had the power to do so.
