My career started in 1996 where I worked for Ingram Micro (The largest Computer Distribution Company in the Nation at that time) located in Williamsville, NY. I worked for Compaq as a Direct Plus Sales Representative, selling Desktop and laptops to homes and small businesses. Promoted within I moved to Hewlett Packard Sponsored Enterprise Computing Division. I learn about Enterprise Servers and Storage solutions. In July of 1999 I was re-located by a Computer Solution Provider Melillo Consulting Inc, 4 years tenure. I then spent one year at SHI Inc. A 2 Billion dollar Procurement Computer reseller company. I added value to SHI by bringing my technical accumen. I left SHI and began work as an Inside Technical Representative at Totaltec Systems Inc. I create technical solutions and configurations for Sales representatives to sell to there prospective Clients. I've also worked as an Outside Technical Rep for Compulink Technolgies Inc. I engaged and leveraged my technical expertise with regard to generating business opportunities with mutilple verticals in the System Integration, virtualization/consolidation, Disater recovery, network security, managed services and Telecommunications (structured wiring and cabling) space. In 2009, I worked for Sara Computers Inc, an IT company for companies without IT departments. My duties consist of Desktop Management and Systems administration including Managed Services and back office break fix. As a Systems\Desktop Support technician. I serviced and troubleshooted clients Networks, Exchange Management, Active Directory as well as Telecom (Structured Wiring). In 2011 I became the CTO and Project Manager of Jean London, an IT solutions Provider. My Role is to ensure the IT concepts, ideas, and services provided by Jean London are conveyed to potential cliental. Once conveyed, I ensure the services we offer are properly staffed with qualified, quantified and efficient technicians for either project or contract work. To-date 2014 I am the Owner of an full service IT Managed Services Computer company offering IT support to both Home/Office and SMB.
