Lance André is the North American Sales Manager for CHC Navigation. He has also personally designed and successfully deployed over 20 complete turn-key RTK Networks in 5 different countries, and for 8 major private companies utilizing Geo++ GNSMART Professional Solutions. He was the Product manager for both Champion Instruments & eGPS Solutions. Was the Product Manager for the SMI mobile product line by Eagle Point. Lance has been key in designing multiple end-user RTK survey solutions and custom RTK base station implementations from small cities to some of the large geographical designs in North America: Freedom RTK, eGPS Solutions, Prairie RTK, DigiFarm, FarmTech, GoDigiFarm, and the Navajo DOT.

Lance was heavily involved in designing government work management software, at CartêGraph Systems a major ESRI developer. Lance joined CartêGraph in 1995 as their Lead Product Engineer and fifth owner. He has presented at numerous professional symposiums on asset management, emerging technologies (GPS, wireless communications and web integration), capital improvements planning, and business reengineering for the Public Works and Land Surveying industry. In his 25+ years of industry experience Lance has either managed or assisted in the implementation of work management and spatial solutions for over 300 government organizations including twelve State Departments of Transportation.
