I am an Internal Medicine & Pediatrics Hospitalist at University of Louisville. As an attending physician at Norton Children's Hospital and University of Louisville Hospital, I teach, learn and care for patients on the daily. I am the Associate Program Director for the Med-Peds Residency Program and am active in teaching undergraduate medical students in groups both large and small.
My passion is Free Open-Access Medical Education (FOAM) and I am part of an endeavor to make UofL's Residency Lectures available online to everyone! I designed the Louisville Lectures website (link above!) and curate our blog and social media accounts.
When I'm not working, I love baking and eating, photography (especially the editing process), building my skincare biz empire with my girl gang, finding new apps, nail art, traveling & reading. I have tons of fun reading comic books, playing strategy board games, event planning and watching classic movies - all with my husband, George. I also assist my husband with digital media promotion for his businesses: Empire Comics & Games (brick and mortar comic and hobby game store) and Cardhaus Games (online board game website).
