I am a principal in a stealth, boutique national PR, Social Media & Marketing consulting firm which quietly works its niche. So that companies' new locations reach profitability sooner than they normally anticipate, companies engage our firm as soon as their receive all applications to build, and we promote their brand and products as soon as construction begins through the first month of operation.

Our fee is generally a modest, flat fee, often a soft cost line item on a construction budget which is so small, it's smaller than a rounding error. We like to say "while you're building your building, we're building your customer base."

While developers, real estate firms, equity firms, shopping center owners, franchise managers, CMO's & multi-concept franchise owners are busy building their new buildings, they hire us to quietly build their store's customer base long before grand openings. Builders have someone to which to send sales people so they can get busy.

Since we have a history in health care, we seek clients in the health care and hotel industries too, because we see no reason why they cannot pre-book business before their doors open, and plan to offer marketing to local corporations, event management firms and wedding planners, who can get a discount if they pre-book corporate events, and weddings in advance of construction completion.

We seek clients in construction, real estate development, and maintain a "stealth" policy to our own web presence, because we are a provider of services on behalf of other firms, and prefer to work through them, on behalf of them, without really broadcasting our firm name.

We develop websites and landing pages for clients, but prefer not to focus on one for ourselves. We recently checked out a new name, "GroundBreakingPR, " with a double meaning, since we prefer to be engaged as soon as a project receives approvals to build, and also because we've been told that our marketing from groundbreaking through first month of operation, is in itself, groundbreaking.

With regard to national chains, we help national retail, restaurant, grocery and convenience store chains to reach proforma faster, by taking a flat, one time fee, usually no more than a soft cost line item on a construction budget, usually less than a rounding error, and starting to build their customer base long before their doors open. We are expanding to hotels and healthcare devel
