Laura Palumbo

An accredited veterinarian who operates her own private practice in St. Thomas, Canada, Dr. Laura Palumbo provides house calls and on-site services for pets and companion animals, as well as preventive and acute care for large farm animals such as horses. She is also a talented musician and songwriter who sings and plays a number of instruments. Since 1997, she has provided a range of musical services as the proprietor of Laura Palumbo Music in London, Ontario.

Writing songs in English, Italian, and French, Laura Palumbo has created copyrighted musical intellectual property for television licensing placement. Over the years, her work has received a number of industry accolades, including a 2010 Best Pop New Music Award and a 2010 CHIN Italian Idol Competition win in the Original Song category. Dr. Palumbo also placed third in the 2010 Virgin Radio FM 99.9 songwriting contest. In addition to crafting original material, she offers in-home music lessons for children and teenagers who want to hone their singing and/or playing skills.
