I am first and foremost a pretty happy go lucky individual who enjoys life both in and out of work. I try and give both 110% at all times and am a pretty positive person to have in a group.
Currently I am enjoying my role as an Employee Engagement Specialist for Reward Gateway, and have been since the beginning of May this year. At Reward Gateway we have helped over a 1000 of the world’s top employers develop benefit initiatives to improve how engaged their work force is.
I love all things related to Employee Benefits especially engaging a workforce. People are fascinating creatures and if I can positively affect how happy someone is through the work I do, it gives me real satisfaction.
Reward Gateway launched 8 years ago in the UK and their simple approach of putting employers and employees first in everything we do has created huge success for our clients. Whilst our approach may be simple, getting it right takes enormous amounts of effort. We have 172 experts that make up Reward Gateway who all feel passionately about engagement and working hard to achieve great partnerships with our companies.
Work-life balance is really important to me, so when I am not in the office I make sure I am making time for my family, friends and the odd bit of retail therapy! I love playing sport, most recently for fun apart of a local Netball team with a great bunch of ladies, and whilst at University I was captain of the Ladies rugby team.
Before working for Reward Gateway, I worked for two of the best providers of Health and Fitness in the World. Helping individuals to improve their Health and Well-being, and see life-changing results was something that was really rewarding. This is also where I learnt invaluable People Management skills and Marketing strategies to coach businesses who feel strongly about supporting their staff to be the healthiest and happiest they can be.
