I like to consider myself to be a goofy technology nerd, a grammar enthusiast, and a source of wealth containing off-the-wall knowledge that sometimes I find embarrassing even knowing… while also being a bit of a marketing and social/digital media guru (hello, professional plug). Sure- I had a great education and worked hard (sometimes cried) to get a few college degrees, but life experiences and trials and tribulations have truly been my “perma-textbook”. Some things just can’t be taught, but experienced- the good and the bad.

My professional life in the marketing world has surrounded being a day walker and a night crawler, working both simultaneously. Entertainment marketing and operations definitely had its trying moments, but MAN- I took away so much from it when I "retired" after nearly a decade in the industry when I turned 30. I decided my inner Peter Pan needed to grow up (though at times a part of me still gets an itch to fly-and-play-and-fight-pirates-and-such). It was the best decision I ever made, and my body, mind, future husband, and sleeping schedule is “over the moon”- pun definitely intended.

I now find myself completely immersed in real estate marketing/consulting and business development, with a few digital marketing projects in the works on the side. Perhaps not always as eventful as entertainment marketing, but much more rewarding while involving the two things I am most passionate about- people, and everything that encompasses marketing, in it's entirety.
