Lauren Duttenhofer

I have spent my entire life traveling around the world seeking out the most authentic local cuisine. From growing up on a sailboat circumnavigating the globe, to teenage years in the Balearic Isles and Switzerland to university in Rome and Manhattan, and a year spent traveling throughout South America, I have eaten my way across the globe. I enrolled in my first cooking school at 13 and most recently helped run a catering company in Mallorca. I worked in events in New York and my current food adventure is earning my master's in food culture and communication at the University of Gastronomic Sciences Italy.
