Lauren Pankow

Welcome! My name is Lauren Pankow. I am a future Early Childhood and Elementary educator and lifelong learner. I am studying to be an educator at Concordia University Nebraska. I grew up in Milwaukee, WI and have had a passion for teaching my whole life. My family is a family of educators, so I have been immersed in a life of ministry and education.
My faith in Jesus Christ is the center of my life and teaching ministry. He is the source of my joy, strength and hope as I serve others. In my experience the faith of a young child is so powerful, simple and exciting. One of the reason's I desire to teach young children is so I can nurture their faith and love for learning about their world.
During my time in college I have enjoyed running on the track and cross country teams, mentoring freshman through a peer instructor program, singing in choir, playing handbells and participating in faith building activities. I enjoy traveling with friends and family, reading all genres of books, cross stitch and running.
