Laurence Grigorov

Currently the executive director of Laurence Martin Developments, Laurence Grigorov has led the Johannesburg based residential property construction and development firm since 2004. Offering turnkey solutions, he focuses on high-end luxury developments in the city’s northern suburbs. Laurence Grigorov has experience in the acquisition of properties, the securing of zoning rights, and management of all aspects of development, from architecture to marketing.

He holds a degree in engineering from Wits University, and he earned distinction for his final design project and fourth-year work in fluid mechanics. He also completed a business management degree at the same institution. Mr. Grigorov began his career with Unilever in Johannesburg as project and maintenance engineer, and he oversaw the design and deployment of a variety of successful manufacturing projects. Among his successful undertakings was the design and installation of equipment for a production plant that was equipped with automated dosing and tank systems.
