Laurens Derks

Since graduating in 1995 from Deakin Uni, Laurens has worked with the full spectrum of students, from age 5 to 65! However it was during his time at Lawrence Hargrave School, a specialised behavior setting, that he discovered the engaging power of technology to unlock learning opportunities for his students. In November 2011 Laurens began to lead teacher professional learning accross New South Wales, supporting teachers as they move toward 21st century learning techologies and practices. Laurens is an Adobe Education Leader and a Microsoft Peer Coach Facilitator.
