I have become very interested in studying business and learning as much as possible within the last year. At that time, I was working too jobs in order to keep my children fed and pay for their care. However, one of the jobs decided that they no longer needed as many employees and decided to let me go. At that point, I began falling behind on bills and this make it difficult to feed my family. I decided that it would be a good idea to turn a need for food into income that would solve the problem. Instead of going back to work where I could be let go at any minute, I began cooking for the purpose of making a profit. I developed a menu and started selling my dishes to people that were already looking to buy lunch during their break. Reading about what others have done has helped me to change my life.
