An experienced senior executive and financial services professional, Lawrence “Larry” Zirkel holds a bachelor of science in business from Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. He also obtained industry licensure through the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) by passing all Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 examinations and requirements. Early in his career, Lawrence Zirkel served successful tenures as an assistant OTC Equity derivatives/market making trader at OTC Equity Derivatives and an institutional sales representative/trader at the Instinet Corporation.

Larry Zirkel expanded into executive administration in the late 1990s and early 2000s as a senior vice president with Lynch, Jones & Ryan and a vice president/ senior institutional sales trader with Goldman Sachs subsidiary Spear, Leeds & Kellogg. He joined the New York City offices of Brean Capital in 2014 as senior vice president of institutional equity sales trading and research sales. Before parting ways with Brean in 2016, Mr. Zirkel accepted a promotion to managing director.
